SUMMARY:An Organist’s Year in Jerusalem
DESCRIPTION:We are happy to welcome Jim Welch and his wife Deanne back from their service at the BYU Jerusalem Center where they spent 13 months in charge of the music program and hosting the concerts and tours. \nFor our opening UVAGO chapter event on Friday\, September 22\, at 7:30 p.m.\, Jim will give us a presentation about their wonderful experience there.  Not only did Jim play the Marcussen organ at the BYU Center\, but he was also able to play about 20 other organs around Israel.  He’ll tell us about some of the very interesting people they met along the way and will share photos of some fascinating organs in that far corner of the world. \nAll are welcome at this event. \nSep 22\, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.\nOak Hills 5th Ward\, Hillside Chapel\n1960 N 1500 E  (above Provo Temple)\nProvo\, Utah \n \n
