Jennifer Morgan
Jennifer Morgan’s interest in the organ began when she signed up for a semester of group organ lessons at Brigham Young University in 1994. Since then she has served as an organist at church and at the Mount Timpanogos Temple.
In 2009, she realized that there were very few online resources for pianists who were asked to play the organ. She wanted to help fill that need, so she created a blog, The LDS Organist, in January 2010. Although the resource is specifically geared toward musicians of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, much of the information can be utilized by all. Jennifer loves helping others learn to experience and gain proficiency on the organ and has a small teaching studio.
Jennifer's favorite thing about being a member of the AGO is experiencing the spirit of unity in our chapter. Despite the differing levels of the members, every one is kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental.
