Belnap\, 90\, passed away on November 7\, 2018\, in Payson\, Utah. \nFuneral services will be held Saturday\, November 17\, 2018\, at 11 am at the American Fork East Stake Center\, 825 East 500 North\, American Fork. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:45 to 10:45 am and on Friday\, November 16\, from 6 to 8 pm at Anderson and Sons Mortuary\, 49 East 100 North\, American Fork.
