DESCRIPTION:News from Richard Elliott: \nJonathan Hellyer Jones of Cambridge\, U.K.\, will be giving a free 45-minute recital at 12:00 noon on Friday\, December 11th (tomorrow!) at St. Ambrose Catholic Church\, 1975 South 2300 East in Salt Lake City. \nJonathan Hellyer Jones is Fellow\, Director of Music\, Precentor and College Organist at Magdalene College\, Cambridge\, England. He was a chorister and undergraduate at St John’s College and for 25 years directed The Cambridge Baroque Camerata\, a group of professional musicians performing baroque music on period instruments. He has performed on radio and TV and has made several CDs.  He is in Utah with his wife\, Jane Hawking\, who is lecturing at Sundance this weekend on her autobiography\, “Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen\,” which was the basis for the 2014 movie\, “The Theory of Everything.” \nMr. Jones’s program will include the following: \nTrumpet Tune and Air – Henry Purcell\nPrelude and Fugue in c (BWV 546) – J.
