On Friday, October 13th the guild will host an UVAGO Informal at the Latter-day Saint Chapel at 3050 N. Mojave Lane in Provo. This will begin at 7:00 p.m. and refreshments will be served afterwards.
This is an opportunity for you to play a piece you have been working on, and is not a recital. Your piece does not have to be polished or even finished. We just want to hear you play and give you the chance to get your fingers on a pipe organ. There is usually no practice time scheduled for the Informal, which is part of what makes it an Informal. However, Marcine Sawyer has reserved the building at 5:00 p.m. so if anyone would like to play through their piece ahead of time, you can contact her and she’ll meet you there.
