James Welch Recital On Sunday, May 4, 2025, 7 p.m., at the Oak Hills Stake Center, James Welch will present “Bach’s Joyous Spirit: A Musical Journey,” a program of some of Bach’s most cheerful works for the organ. On Friday, August 1, at 7:30 p.m., James Welch will present a recital on the new Létourneau organ at the BYU Music Building. Free, no tickets required. The 32nd Season will launch on September 14th, 2025 at 8:00 pm in the Cathedral of the Madeleine with a performance by Polish organist Ilona Kubiaczyk-Alder.
